No Client Relationship Until an Agreement Is Signed
Using this Site, sending us a message, or speaking with us during a free consultation does not make you a client of Adoption Support Services of Florida, Inc., and does not create a professional relationship with Christen Hartig, LCSW. A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written services agreement.
Who We Serve
Our services are available to families whose primary residence is in Florida. Information on this Site is written for Florida families and may not apply in other states.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We work hard to make the home study process smooth and timely, but we cannot guarantee any particular result. Approval of a home study, the outcome of an adoption, and the timing of any step depend on many factors outside our control, including how quickly documents are gathered, background check processing times, and the requirements of agencies, attorneys, courts, and government entities. Timelines described on this Site are typical examples, not promises.

Indemnity

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Seminole County, Florida.
